The ‘Philosophical Thinking’
Life Coach
I help people take a more philosophical view on life, think more deeply about what’s important to them to find more purpose and direction so that they can feel happier, more confident and fulfilled to make small, supported steps towards change.
Are you at a crossroads in life?
Wondering how to find your ’North Star’ direction?
You are invited to work with me as your impartial encouraging ‘Philosophical Friend’
About Me

The way in which I live my life and wish to coach others comes from my career-long work and experience in the recognised educational practice of ‘Philosophical Thinking’ in schools and communities (www.thoughtful.org.uk), facilitating talk with children and young people and mentoring and training teachers to use the approach.
As a qualified, accredited coach, I bring these skills and experience to facilitating talk and coaching both individuals and groups at home and in the workplace, including running Life and Lifestyle courses.
It’s life in progress and I have found a way to get through life’s challenges and at times not feeling ‘good enough’ by reflecting and talking about what’s important to me.
I’ve learnt ways to manage my state of mind when negative mind-chatter kicks in so that I am in control (mostly!) and able to make the right choices for me towards leading my best life.
I believe that being asked the right questions and having some strategies can help people to find a way forward for a happier and more fulfilled life.
It’s life in progress but I have found a way get through those challenges by talking and reflecting on what’s important to me and managing my state of mind to live a happier life for me, better understanding myself and my relationships with those close to me and in the wider world.
